SFAS, the Euless Zoning ordinance currently requires a minimum of off-
street parking to facilitate the adequate provision of transportation and
lessen congestion in the streets within the City of Euless; and,
ammS, in order to minimize any adverse impacts on parking in the street and
on grassy areas in front yards, it is deemed necessary to require that all
vehicles be parked on a paved surface on the property in residential dis-
tricts; and,
MHEFda�S, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, to
amend its Zoning ordinance to conform to the request of the Planning and
Zoning Commission.
NIOW, MMMFM, BE IT RE90LVED BY IM PLANNING AMID ZONING OQILSSICK OF TM
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
uW, we hereby recoimnend the City Council approve and adopt the ordinance
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which would require the parking of
vehicles on paved surfaces in all residential districts.
93u, a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council,
and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
