SEAS, the City of Euless has codes that establish Minimum Building Standards, but only few codes that will require that property be maintained to minimum, acceptable living conditions. WHMEAS, it is the desire to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Euless by providing decent living conditions and establish minimum health and safety conditions. MUNFAS, in order to safeguard and enhance property values, to preserve the economic base attracted to the City by such factors, as well as preserving and protecting the unique identity and environment of the City. NOW, THEf2EECRE, BE IT RE90LUID BY THE R AIWD G AMID ZONING 00199MICN OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT, we hereby recommend the City Council approve and adopt the ordinance attached hereto and made a part hereof, which would require minimum housing code standards on all residential districts. THAT, a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
