WHEREAS, there exists a necessity for an easement, specifically
a sewer easement, for the welfare and benefit of the citizens of this
community and the City of Bedford, Texas, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bedford, Texas needs the authority to
condemn for said utility, specifically sewer easement, as is designated by
Exhibit "A" attached to this resolution and made a part hereof for all
purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Euless grant unto the
City of Bedford the power to condemn,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT, the City of Euless does hereby empower the City of Bedford
with all powers held by the City of Euless in accordance with the law
applicable and necessary to condemn that property described in the attached
Exhibit "A" at the expense of said City of Bedford, Texas.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this the 11 day of May , 1971.
