A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of June , 19 71 ,
by a vote of 3 ayes and __- -_0^_r nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 13th day of July , 19 71
at 8 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R -5" High Density Multiple Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C -2" Community Business District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
T. A. Cash Survey, A -280, Tarrant County, Texas and being a
portion of a 10.78 acre tract as recorded on Page 183 of
Volume 3857 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said 10.78 acre tract;
Thence S 89° 35' E a distance of 371.94 feet to the Southeast
corner of the said 10.78 acre tract;
Thence N 0° 43' W a distance of about 749.47 feet;
Thence N 89° 35' W a distance of about 371.94 feet to a point
on the West line of said 10.78 acre tract being S 0° 43' W a
distance of 400.0 feet from a concrete monument in the South
line of Spur No. 350;
Thence S 0° 43' E a distance �f 749.47 feet to place of
beginning, containing approximately 6.4 acres of land more or less.
