RESOLUTION NO. 236
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:

THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be denied
by the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
PlanhI ng and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of February19 6 .

E X H I B I T "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Residential
be changed to "1-1" Light Industrial
The following described tract or parcel of land being Tract C,
OAKWOOD TERRACE WEST ADDITION, 2nd Section, to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 62
of Volume 388-22 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an old iron rod at the Northwest corner of said Tract C
and being in the East line of PUENTE DEL OESTE, to the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on
Page 56 of Volume 388-53 in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE S 00 05' 30'' W along the East line of said PUENTE DEL OESTE
a distance of 1044.31 feet to the most southerly corner of said Tract C;
THENCE N 190 26' 15" E along the West line of Block 7, said
OAKWOOD TERRACE WEST ADDITION a distance of 150.2 feet to the
old iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 10, said Block 7;
THENCE N 170 36' 35" E a distance of 959.97 feet to an old iron
rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 8, said OAKWOOD TERRACE
WEST ADDITION and also being the Northeast corner of said Tract C;
THENCE S 840 01' W along the North line of said Tract C a distance
of 64.11 feet to an old iron rod;
THENCE S 880 49' 30'' W along the North line of said Tract C
a distance of 275.03 feet to place of beginning, containing
4.096 acres or 178,419 square feet of land more or less.
