HomeMy WebLinkAbout237 1976-03-02CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 237 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS; If THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, Modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in -Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Comnlsslon is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. The following described tract or parcel of land being situated in the James Matson Survey, A-1080, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 6.43 acre tract and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING East a distance of 110.0 feet from the Southwest corner of said 6.43 acre tract and being in the North line of Pipe Line Road and also being about North a distance of 237.0 feet, S 670 19' W a distance of 420.0 feet, and West a distance of 106.5 feet from the Southeast corner of said James Matson Survey; THENCE North a distance of 150.0 feet; THENCE East a distance of 80.0 feet; THENCE South a distance of 150.0 feet to the North line of said Pipe Line Road; THENCE West along the North line of said Pipe Line Road a distance of 80.0 feet to place of beginning.
