CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: 9 THAT after public hearing, car(.ful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be aap ed by the City Council, 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 1976 _ CITY PLANZONING COMMISSION BY: Ch irman `4 E X H I B I T "A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned "C-1" Neighborhood Business District be changed to "C-2" Community Business District The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of Lot 5 and Lot 6, Block 2, EULESS GARDENS ADDITION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 18 of Volume 388-C in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6 and being at the intersection of the East line of North Main Street with the South line of Town Creek Drive; THENCE Easterly along the South line of said Town Creek Drive a distance of 150.0 feet; THENCE Southerly a distance of 150.0 feet; THENCE Westerly a distance of 150.0 feet to the East line of said North Main Street; THENCE Northerly along the East line of said North Main Street a distance of 150.0 feet to place of beginning.
