RESOLUTION NO. 231
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE.NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned R-1 Residential
be changed to C-2 Community Business District

Field Notes of part of Tract A, Block 1, Oak Crest Estates Addition to the
Cities of Fort Worth and Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the plat
recorded in Volume 388-14, Page 29, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and
being further described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 -R-1, Block 1, same being the Northeast
corner of Lot 3-R-1, Block 1, Oak Crest Estates Addition according to a revision
plat as recorded in Volume 388-17, Page 649 Deed Records, Tarrant,County, Texas,.
said corner being in the South line of said Tract A;
THENCE North 88 degrees 54 minutes East, along the South line of said Tract A,
165.0.feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1-R of said Block 1; same being the
Southeast corner of Tract A, and being in the west R. 0. W. fine of Dickey
Drive;
THENCE Northerly, along said west R. 0. W. line of Dickey Drive, with a curve to
the left, radius of 230.5 feet, 61.1 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 88 degrees 54 minutes West, 156.6 feet to a steel rod,for corner;
THENCE South 1 degree 06 minutes East,-60.0 feet to the place of beginning.
