HomeMy WebLinkAbout233 1975-06-03CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 233 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: 1. THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. I THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. ADOPTED this 3rd day of June , 19-IL-- CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY Chairman E X H I B I T "A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned C-2 Community Business District be changed to Specific Use Permit The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of Tract A, WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 7 of Volume 388-95 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly descirbed as follows: BEGINNING in the North line of the Fort Worth Savings and Loan tract' and being S 00 34' E a distance of 867.5 feet, N 89 26' E a distance of 118.7 feet, N 660 42' E a distance of 337.5 feet; S 230 18' E a distance of 200.0 feet, N 660 42' E a distance of 141.8 feet, N 23 18' a distance of 210.0 feet, and N 66 42' E a distance of 40.0 feet from the Northwest corner of said WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER and the intersection of the East line of Wilshire Drive with the South line of Sagebrush Trail; THENCE N 660 42' E a distance of 101.0 feet; THENCE N 230 18' W a distance of 85.0 feet; THENCE S 660 42' W a distance of 34.52 feet; THENCE N 00 34' W a distance of 96.33 feet; THENCE S 660 42' W a distance of 57.0 feet; THENCE S 00 34' E a distance of 120.85 feet; THENCE S 230 18l E a distance of 62.38 feet to place of beginning, containing 13,542 square feet of land more or less.
