A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
Is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be allroved
by the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling, District
be changed to "PD" Planned Development
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Levi
Franklin Survey, A-513 and in the G. Linney Survey, A-939, Tarrant
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of a City of Euless tract as recorded
on Page 905 of Volume 4959 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being
N 890 13' 55'' W a distance of 180.07 feet from the Northeast corner of
the said Levi Franklin Survey;

THENCE S 00 10' 45'' E a distance of 2648.03 feet;
THENCE S 890 46' 15'' E a distance of 204.93 feet;
THENCE S 00 01' 35'' E a distance of 66.07 feet to the Northwest corner
of Lot 9, Block 8, TRAILWOOD ADDITION, 2nd filing, to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 7 of Volume
388-43 in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE S 390 34' E along the North line of said Lot 9, Block 8, TRAILWOOD
ADDITION a distance of 350.19 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 9,
Block 8 and being on the North line .of Trailwood Drive and also being on
a curve having a radius of 265.0 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the North line of said
Trailwood Drive a distance of 187.26 feet;
THENCE N 890 58' 35" E along the North line of said Trailwood Drive a
distance 268.2 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the left having
a radius of 180.85 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the North line of said
