A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS$
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified In the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resglutiont
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED this 19th day of June 19 73.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 3rd
day of July , 19 73 , at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements,changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 347, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

be change to Specific Use Permit for an Ice Skating Rink.

A. M. Downing Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:

S 00 46' E a distance of 80.5 feet from the intersection of
the South line of Sagebrush Trail.with the East line of
Wilshire Drive;
