RESOLUTION NO. 222
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in':the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 17th
day of July , 19 73 , at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements,changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 347, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C-2" Communcty Business District
FIELD NOTES of a 2.788 acre tract of land out of the JAMES MATSON SURVEY,
A-1080, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being part of a tract conveyed
to Roy F. Braswell. and wife, Mary E. Braswell according to deed filed'in
Volume 3621, Page 29, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being further
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the North R. 0. W. line of Pipeline Road for
the Southeast corner of above referenced Braswell 'tract:
THENCE North with old fence line along the West line of an old lane, 339.0
feet to a steel rod for the Northeast corner of said Braswell tract;
THENCE South 89 degrees 58 minutes West, with fence line 363.3 feet to a
steel rod in the East R. D. W. line of West Park Way;
THENCE Southerly along a curve to the right in said R. 0. W., radius of
1186.98 feet, a distance of 176.63 feet to a steel rod for the end of said
curve;
THENCE South 2 degrees 00 minutes West, continuing along said East R. 0. W.
line 162.54 feet to a steel rod in the North R. 0. W. line of Pipeline Road;
THENCE East along said North R. 0. W. line 362.0 feet to the place of be-
ginning and containing 2.788 acres of land, more of less.
