HomeMy WebLinkAbout222 1973-07-03CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 222 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in':the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles 1011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. M. at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements,changes, modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 347, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is attached and made a part of this notice.
