HomeMy WebLinkAbout224 1973-07-17CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO_ 224 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,.TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: 1. THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals .(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of�:the City Planning and Zoning Commission. Braswell and wife, Mary E. Braswell according to deed filed in Volume 3621, Page 29, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a steel rod in the North R. 0. W. line 362.0 feet to the place of be- ginning and containing 2.788 acres of land, more of less.
