RESOLUTION NO. 213
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULU SO
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
I011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 3rd
day of April' , 19 73 , at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas,;as specified in Exhibit "A'! which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

BEGINNING at an iron pin in the West line of Field -Doss Road
said point being 428.5 feet South of the South line of Glade
Road, said point also being the Northeast corner of said
Owen tract;
THENCE South along the West line of Field -Doss Road and the East
line of said Owen tract 237.0 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE S. 890 - 30' W. 183.8 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE North.237.0 feet to an iron pin in the North line of said
