RESOLUTION NO. 215
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called"changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be denied
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall. be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of;the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-l" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "R-2" Two -Family Dwelling District with a Specific Use Permit
SURVEY AND FIELD NOTES FOR A TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE BRYANT
HARRINGTON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 808, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AND
MORE PARTICULARLY A PORTION OF A TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO RICHARD
E. OWEN;IAND WIFE MONETTA B. OWEN:AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 4047, PAGE
27, DEED RECORDS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING DESCRIBED BY
METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the West line of Field -Doss Road
said point being 428.5 feet South of the South line of Glade
Road, said point also being the Northeast corner of said
Owen tract;
THENCE South along the West line of Field -Doss Road and the East
line of said Owen tract 237.0 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE S. 89c - 30' W. 183.8 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE North,237.0 feet to an iron pin in the North line of said
Owen tract;
THENCE N. 890 - 30' E. along said North line 183.8 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 1.0 acres of land.
