RESOLUTION NO. 217
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULE$31
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
I011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED this 17th day of April , 1973 .

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 1st
day of May , 19 73 , at 3:00 o'clock P. M. at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas,;as specified in Exhibit "AY which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C-111 Neighborhood Business District
be changed to "C-211 Community Business District with Specific Use Permit
The following descirbed tract or parcel of land situated in
Halford Survey, A-711, Tarrant County, Texas and being
Tract B, MIDWAY PARK COMMERCIAL, to the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Tract 8 and being in
the North line of Midway Drive and also being N 830 001 W
a distance of 128.0 feet and S 0 0 351 W a distance of 704.6 feet
from the Southeast corner of MIDWAY PARK ADDITION, to the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE N 88' 331 W along the North line of said Midway Drive
a distance of 181.0 feet;
THENCE N 00 351 E a distance of 150.0 feet;
THENCE S 880 351 E a distance of 159.0 feet;
THENCE S 410 011 E a distance of 58.2 feet to a point on a
curve having a radius of 49.24 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve a distance of 41.4 feet;
THENCE S 0 0 35' W a distance of 70.0 feet to place of beginning.
