RESOLUTION NO. 211
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING C014MISSION OF EOI,FSSt
TEXAS
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at thR
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
I011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the -
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 20th
day of February , 19 73 , at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit ''A'' which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to as follows:

"R-1" Single Family Dwelling to "C-2" Commercial
BEING a tract of land situated in the A. Bradford Survey, Abstract No.
152 and the Solomon Huitt Survey, Abstract No. 705 in Tarrant County,
Texas, and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner in the North line of Spur 350, said
point being in the East line of said 110 acre tract of land set aside
to Mamie Maud Alexander and Jesse Belle Eden out of the Estates of M. A.
Jernigan as partitioned by the Seventeenth District Court of Tarrant

corner in the centerline of a 33 ft. wide Sinclair Gas Line Eastment;

of M. A. Jernigan as patitioned by the Seventeenth District Court of
Tarrant County, Texas, at its October term, 1919, in Cause No. 50343,
same also being 1,809 feet West of the Centerline of County Road No.
3011 ;
THENCE South OOo 07' 57" West along the East line of said 110 acre tract,
915 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE West 492.77 feet to a point for corner in the centerline of a
proposed 80 ft. wide road;
THENCE North OOo 07' 57" East along the centerline of said proposed 80
ft. wide road, 700 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE West 240 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North OOo 07' 57" East, 215 feet to a point for corner in the
South right-of-way line of Harwood Road;
