BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING C014MISSION OF EOI,FSSt TEXAS THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at thR time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles I011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
