Monitor
Are you taking advantage of the online customer water
portal? This handy tool helps you manage your water
usage, detect leaks and identify unknown water uses,
such as a sprinkler system that operates more often
than intended. The information it provides can help
you conserve water and save money. The web -based,
interactive application is easy to read and use. As a
water customer, you can view hourly, daily, weekly or
monthly water usage. This helps you make informed
choices and gives you more control over your water
use and more importantly, your bills.
• Usage — By viewing water usage, you can detect
leaks. If you see a big spike in water usage or notice
continuous water usage (even when your home is
empty), you may have a water leak.
• Alerts — You can create alerts to notify you when
you've used a designated amount of water each month
or create leak alerts when you go out of town. Set up
your account by visiting www. eulesstx.gov/water.
If you have questions or need assistance,
call 817-685-1471.
