BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT the City Council of the City of Euless, in compliance with the
requirements of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation Grants and Aid Manual appoints
Mrs. Vada Ferris, City Secretary, as the fiscal agent to whom all checks shall
be addressed and made payable for the Euless South Park Swimming Pool and
Support Facilities.
THAT the City Council of the City of Euless, in compliance with the
requirements of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation Grants and Aid Manual authorizes
Mayor A. C. "Pete" Krause to sign all documents related to the Land and Water
Conservation Fund Project Proposal - Development, and to function as the
"Responsible Officer ", as outlined in the Grants and Aid Manual for the Euless
South Park Swimming Pool and Support Facilities.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
27th day of July , 1971, by a vote
of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas.
