A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of August 19 71 ,
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE 0f PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of.the Cicy
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 14th day of September ,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes., modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

be changed to
"C -2" Community Business District
A tract or parcel of land situated in the A. J. Huitt Survey, A -709,
Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 22, ALEXANDER & CULLUM SUB -
DIVISION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to
plat recorded on Page 109 of Volume 388-C in the Tarrant County Deed •
Records;
THENCE N 89° 52' W a distance of 376.0 feet to the East line of South
Main Street;
THENCE N l° 47' W along the East line of said South Main Street a
distance of 164.5 feet;
THENCE S 89° 52' E a distance of 376.0 feet to the West line of said

THENCE S 1° 47' E along the West line of said Lot 22 a distance of
164.5 feet to place of beginning, containing1.42 acres of land more. or
