HomeMy WebLinkAbout71-286 10-12-1971RESOLUTION NO. 286 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE (N0, 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shell be given as required by Articles 1011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of October 19 7, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas. M. at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice. P.
