CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 201
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date., at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
101la to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the 'State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in th
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 4th
day of April , lg 72 , at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

now zoned "R-I" Siagle Family Dwelling District
be changed to 14-1" Community Business District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the A.J. Huitt Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Tract A, Block 1, Oak Crest Estates
Addition, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 29 of Volume 3AS-14 in the Tarrant County bocd 11-1,ecords and being more
particularly described as Follows:
Beginninq at the Northwest corner of Lot JR, Mock I, said OAK CREST
ESTATES ADDITION and being in the Cast line of Ili llicon Drive;
THENCE Northeasterly along the Cast line of said Phi llican Drive and along
a circular curve to the right having a radius of 621.0 feet a distance of
189.31 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the left having a
radius of 678.9 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the East line of said
Millican Drive a distance of 21.17 feet;
THEM S 890 09' E a distance of 626.49 feet to the old City Limit Line
of Euless and Fort Worth, Texas;
THENCE M 00 51' E along the old City Limit Line of Euless and Fort Worth,
Texas a distance of 300.1 feet to the South line of State Highway No.
183 and also being in the North line of said Tract A;

distance of 391.4 feet to the intersection of the South line of said

recorded on Page 537 of Volume 30-17 In the Tarrant County Deed Records and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2-R-A, elock 7, said OAK CREST
ESTATES ADDITION and also bring in the Fast line of Dickey Drive;
THWE Northwesterly along the Cast line of said Dickey Drive and along
a circular curve to the left having a radius of 190.5 feet a distance
of 111-76 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the right having
a radius of 412.9 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve and along the East line of said
Dickey Drive a distance of 212.03 feet to the Intersection of the Last
line of said Dickey Drive with the South line of a service road of State
Highway No. 10;
THEM S 890 09' E along the South line of sold service road of said
state Highway No 183 a distance of 286.05 feet;
THENCE S 10 061 E a distance of 211.87 feet to the Southeast corner of
