RESOLUTION NO. 202
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amandments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described propi.rty,
now zoned "R-l" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C-2" Communi_ty_Business District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the A.J. Huitt Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Tract A, Block 1, Oa'i Crest Estates
Addition, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 29 of Volume 388-14 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 18, Block 1, said OAK C7'7-ST
ESTATES ADDITION and being in the East line of Millican Drive;
THENCE Northeasterly along the East line of said Millican Drive and along

distance of 301.4 feet to the intersection of the South line of said
State Highway No. 183 with the West line of Dickey Drive and also being
the Northeast corner of said Tract A;

of 5.6 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the 1cfL having a

recorded on Page S37 of Volume 388-27 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2-R-A, Block 2, said OAK CREST
ESTATES ADDITION and also being in the East line of Dickey Drive;
THENCE Northwesterly along the East line of said Dickey Drive and along
a circular curve to the left having a radius of 290.5 feet a distance
of 111.76 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the right having
a radius of 412.9 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve and along the East line of said
Dickey Drive a distance of 212.03 feet to the intersection of the East
line of said Dickey Drive with the South line of a service road of State
Highway No. 183;
THENCE S 890 09' E along the South line of said service road of said
State Highway No. 183 a distance of 286.05 feet;
THENCE S 10 06' E a distance of 271.87 feet to the Southeast corner of
said Tract B-R-A;
THENCE S 880 54' W along the North line of said Lot 2-R-A, said Block 2
a distance of 132.57 feet to place of beginning.
