CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 203
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing'', attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articlo�
1011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in th
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 18th
day of April 9 ig 72 , at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THENCE South 89 degrees 39 minutes West, 410.0 feet to a point in
the East R. 0. W. line of Wilshire Drive;
THENCE South 1 degree 22 minutes West, along the East R. 0. W. line of
Wilshire Drive, 913.7 feet to the place of beginning.
