RESOLUTION NO. 206
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified In Exhibit "All attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "PD" for Cluster Apartments and "R-2" Two -Family Dwellings
be changed to "PD" Planned Development for Town Houses
Being a tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas; and being part of the George Lenney Survey, Abstract 939, and
also being Tract C of Lakewood Addition, an addition to the City of Euless
as recorded in the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas; and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner at the.intersection of the westerly line
of Lakewood Boulevard and the northerly line of Bocowood Drive;
THENCE due West along the northerly line of Bocowood Drive a distance of
621.60 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a westerly direction continuing along the northerly line of Boco-
wood Drive and along said curve to the left having a radius of 661.62 feet,
a central angle of 50 50' 28", an arc length of 67.45 feet to the end of
said curve to the left and the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a westerly, southwesterly and southerly direction along the
northerly and northwesterly line of Bocowood Drive and the northwesterly
and westerly line of Donley Drive and along said curve to the left having
a radius of 40.00 feet, a central angle of 910 19' 3211, an arc length of
63.76 feet to the end of said curve to the left;
THENCE South 70 10' East along the westerly line of Donley Drive a distance
of 142.13 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a southerly and southwesterly direction along the westerly and
northwesterly line of Donley Drive and along said curve to the right having
a radius of 325.00 feet, a central angle of 500 31', an arc length of
286.55'feet to the end of said curve to the right;
THENCE South 430 21' West along the northwesterly line of Donley Drive a
distance of 5.68 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a southwesterly and southerly direction along the northwesterly
and westerly line of Donley Drive and along said curve to the left having
a radius of 300.00 feet, a central angle of 420 08' 0211, an arc length of
220.61 feet to the end of said curve to the left;

THENCE South 10 12' 58'' West along the westerly line of Donley Drive a
distance of 64.64 feet to a point for corner at the intersection of the
westerly line of Donley Drive and the northerly line of Ash Lane;
THENCE North 870 21' 03'' West along the northerly line of Ash Lane a
distance of 21.28 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a westerly direction continuing along the northerly line of Ash
Lane and along said curve to the right having a radius of 570.00 feet, a
central angle of 80 08' 1011, an arc length of 80.94 feet to a point for
corner in the centerline of a creek;
THENCE in a northerly direction along the meanders of said creek the
following calls:

DUE NORTH a distance of 169.00 feet to a point for corner in
the northerly line of said Lakewood Addition;
THENCE due East along the northerly line of said addition a distance of
1035.94 feet to a point for corner in the westerly line of Lakewood
Boulevard;
THENCE due South along the westerly line of Lakewood Boulevard a distance
of 410.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 15.5155 acres.
