HomeMy WebLinkAbout210 1972-11-21CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 210 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission, ADOPTED this 21st day of November P 19 72 CITY PLANNINVAND ZONING COMMISSION 6 BY: ATTEST: Secrotary Chairman E X H I B I T "A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District be changed to "PD" Planned Development BEING a survey of a tract of 19.489 Acres of land in the R. CROWL.EY SURVEY ABST. NO. 312 Tarrant County, Texas; and being tracts 13 and 14 of the Ray Shelton Subdivision as recorded in vol. , page of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; and being in the City of Euless, Texas; and said 19.489 Acre tract being more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said tract 13, a point in the West line of Fuller Wiser Road that is North, 1266.0 ft. from the point of intersection of the said West line of Fuller Wiser Road (50') with the North line of Harwood Road, (the Southeast corner of tract 8 of said subdivision); THENCE N 89' 25' 57" W, along a fence on the North lines of tracts 5, 6, 7, & 8 of said subdivision, 1291.52 ft. to the Southwest corner of said tract 13, an iron rod at a fence corner post;. THENCE N OOo 54' 21" E, along a fence on the East lines of tracts 11 & 12 of said subdivision, 660.0 ft. to the Northwest corner of said tract 141, THENCE S 89' 25' 57" E, along the South line of tract 15 of said subdivision, 1281.08 ft. to the Northeast corner of said tract 14, a point in the West line of Fuller Wiser Road; THENCE SOUTH, along the West line of said road, 660.02 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 19.489 Acres of land.
