A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EIw1LESS, TEXAS;
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified to
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9th day of Novwmhsr , 19 71
by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 14th of December , 19 71 ,
at 8:00
o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A°' which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "R -3" Multiple Family Dwelling District
BEING a tract of land situated in the Solomon Huitt Survey, Abstract
705, City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block H, 2nd Installment of

in the North line of Westwood Village Section Four Addition, an addition to
the City of Euless, Texas, according to the map thereof recorded in Vol.
388-56, Page 75 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 89 deg. 47 min. 37 sec. West along the North line of said
Westwood Village Section Four Addition, a distance of 332.92 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 6.23 acres of land.
