RESOLUTION NO. 197
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in tha, :.
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
I011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C-2" Community Business District
be changed to "L-1" Limited Industrial District
BEING a tract of land out of the Kitty House Survey, Abstract No. 678
Tarrant County, Texas and being part of a tract of land conveyed to
Joe P. Farina and Jack Pilon by deeds recorded in Volume 4672, page 606
and Volume 4832, page 294 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas
same also being part of Block A of International/Regional Industrial
Complex (a proposed addition to the City of Euless, Texas) and being
more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "X" in a stone at the Northeast corner of the above
mentioned Kitty House Survey;
THENCE South 00 deg. 16 min. East along the East line of said Kitty
House Survey for a distance of 259.90 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 66 deg. 57 min. West and parallel with the Southerly line
of State Highway No. 183 (a 160 foot wide road) for a distance of
466.88 feet to a point for corner, same being in the Easterly line of
Royal Park Way (a proposed 60.0 foot wide road);
THENCE North 00 deg. 16 min. West along said Easterly line of Royal
Park Way for a distance of 325.39 feet to a point for corner in said
Southerly line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE North 66 deg. 57 min. East along said Southerly line of State
Highway No. 183 for a distance of 287.97 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 88 deg. 25 min. East for a distance of 165.00 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 3.091562 acres of land.
