RESOLUTION NO. 198
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS :
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing', attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
I011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

be changed to "R-51H_iyhDensity Multiple Family Dwelling District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. P.
Halford Survey, A-711, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particular-
ly described as follows:
Beginning in the North line of Tract C-R, MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMPANY
OF TEXAS, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to
plat recorded on Page 42 of Volume 388-63 in the Tarrant County Deed
Records;
THENCE S 890 41' E, at a distance of 150.1 feet an iron rod at the
most westerly Northeast corner of said Tract C-R and also being the
Northwest corner of a City of Euless tract, a total distance of 510.04
feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 20 17' W a distance of 184.6 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 10 58' W a distance of 199.17 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 10 23' W a distance of 105.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 880 43' 30" W a distance of 509.65 feet to the East line of
Block 20, MIDWAY PARK ADDITION, to tine City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas;
THENCE S 10 55' E along the East line of said Block 20, MIDWAY PARK
ADDITION a distance of 488.4 feet to place of beginning, containing
5.7 acres of land more or less.
