CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 241 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL. CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: M THAT after public hearing, car§.ful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. J. Huitt Survey, A-684, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING about South a distance of 165.4 feet from the North corner of Lot 1, Block 1, PARK CRESTMOOR ADDITION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 78 of Volume 388-20 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being in the East line of said Block 1, PARK CRESTMOOR ADDITION; THENCE East a distance of 149.65 feet to the West line of South Ector Drive; THENCE South along the West line of said South Ector Drive a distance of 555.5 feet; THENCE Southwesterly along a line parallel to the North line of State Highway No. 183 a distance of 200.0 feet to the East line of TOMMY PETERS SUBDIVISION, according to plat recorded on Page 137 of Volume 388-17 in the Tarrant County Deed Records; THENCE North a distance of 671.7 feet to place of beginning.
