RESOLUTION NO. 243_
A RESOLUiION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
'TO THE C I T'Y COUNC I L. CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "All attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be apyroved
by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recorTmendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned R-1 Residentia
be changed to SP Specific Use Permit for Offices
A portion of a tract of�land lying in the Soloman Huitt Survey, A-705,
Tarrant County, Texas, said tract being part of a tract of land con-
veyed to Tarrant Land Company by Hazel Fay Eden, a widow, Lavinia Eden
Scott, and husband, Vernon D. Scott; Hazel M. Eden, a femme sole, and
Johnny Floyd Eden by deed filed August 10, 1951 in Volume 2341, Page 361
of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and also part of a tract
of land as conveyed to Tarrant Land Company by Allen L. King et ux, by
deed dated January 31, 1952, and recorded in Volume 2400, Page 622, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said portion being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the present North R.O.W. line of Spur 350,
same point being on the West line of the above mentioned King tract,
and 97.61 feet North of the most Northerly Southwest corner of said tract;
THENCE North 00 57' 4011 East along the West line of said King to Tarrant
Land Company tract and the East line of Westwood Village Addition to the
City of Euless, a distance of 1121.38 feet to an iron pipe for corner;
THENCE South 890.341 East 125.0 feet;
THENCE South 00 57' 401, West approximately 1121.38 feet more or less to
a point in the North R.O.W. line of Spur 350;
THENCE North 870 01' 35'' West 125.0 feet more or less to the place of
beginning and containing approximately 3.22 acres of land.

A portion of a tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
HUITT SURVEY, A-705, Tarrant County, Texas, said tract or parcel of land
being part of a tract of land conveyed to Tarrant Land Company by Hazel
Fay Eden, a widow; Lavinia Eden Scott, and husband, Vernon D. Scott; Hazel
M. Eden, a femme sole and Johnny Floyd Eden (Tract No, 1) by deed filed
August 10, 1951 in Volume 2341, Page 361 of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, and also part of a tract of land as conveyed to Tarrant
Land Company by Allen L. King et ux, by deed dated January 31, 1952, and
recorded in Volume 2400, Page 622, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas
said tract or parcel of land being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located South 87' 011 35" East, 125.0 feet from a
steel rod in the present North R.O.W. line of Spur #350 (being established
by right-of-way Deed to the State of Texas, Volume 4268, Page 651), same
point being on the West line of the above mentioned King tract, and 97,61
feet North of the most Northerly Southwest corner of said tract;
THENCE North 0 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East 125 feet from and parallel
to the West line of said King to Tarrant Land Company tract and the East
line of Westwood Village an addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, a distance of approximately 1120 feet more or less to a point in the
North fence line of said tract;
THENCE South 89 degrees 34 minutes East, with fence, a distance of 401.68
feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 1109.80 feet
to a steel rod in the North R.O.W. line of Spur #350, said point being on
a curve;

THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said North R.O.W. line the
following calls and distance;
SOUTHWESTERLY with a curve to the left having a radius of
829.2 feet a distance of 85.99 feet to a steel rod, a point
of reverse curve;
SOUTHWESTERLY with said reverse curve to the right having a
radius of 1380.39 feet a distance of 258.22 feet to a Texas
Highway Department monument, the end of said curve;
NORTH 87 degrees 01 minute 35 seconds West a distance of
75.01 feet to the place of beginning and containing 10.59
acres of land, more or less.
