RESOLUTION NO. 245
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION•OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in'Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

deed dated 7-8-60, filed 7-12-60, recorded in Volume 3462, Page 263,
D.R., T.C.T.; said tract then conveyed to Walter A. Cober and Irven
Klug, by deed filed 12-2-68, recorded in Volume 4649, Page 953 and
957, D.R., T.C.T., said tract or parcel of land being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the South R.O.W. line of Highway No. 183, said
point being N 670 11' 48" E, 788.78 ft. from the East R.O.W. line of
Highland Drive, said BEGINNING POINT also being the N.E. corner of a
tract of land conveyed to Joseph Trafficano, by deed Volume 4857, Page
248, D.R., T.C.T.
THENCE South, along the East line of said Trafficano tract, a distance
of 200.0 ft. to a point for corner;
THENCE East, along a line parallel to the North R.O.W. line of Pipeline
Road, a distance of 131.73 ft. to a point in the East line of said Cober-
Klug tract, being point for corner;
THENCE North, along the East line of the Cober-Klug tract, a distance
of 255.38 ft. to a point in the said South R.O.W. line of Highway No.
183, said point also being the most Northeasterly corner of said Cober-
Klug tract, being point for corner;
THENCE South 670 11' 48'' West, along the said South R.O.W. line of
Highway No. 183, a distance of 142.9 ft. to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 29,993.6037 Square Feet or 0.6885 Acre of Land.

THENCE East, along a line parallel to the North R.O.W. line of Pipe-
line Road, a distance of 131.73 ft. to a point in the East line of
said Cober-Klug tract, being point for corner;
THENCE North, along the said East line of the Cober-Klug tract, a
distance of 417.57 ft. to point for corner;
THENCE West, along a line parallel to the North R.O.W. line of Pipe-
line Road, a distance of 131.73 ft. to PLACE OF BEGINNING and contain-
ing 55,006.4953 Square Feet or 1.2635 Acres of Land.
