RESOLUTION NO. 247
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL. CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, car4fuI study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in'Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be proved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classific<rtion of' the following described property,
now zoned _ ''C-1'' Neighborhood Business District
be changed to ''SP'' Specific Use Permit
Description of a 27,468.13 square foot tract of land out of a tract of
land owned by Mayflower.Trust out of the J. M. Cummings Survey, Abstract
No. 302, Tarrant County, Texas, said 27,468.13 square foot tract being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING, at a point in the proposed west line of North Main Street, said
point being N 880 14' 54" W, 15.00 feet from the southeast corner of a
tract of land conveyed to the Mid -Cities Christian Church by deed recorded
in Volume 4213, Page 524, Deed Records, Tarrant County, -Texas;
THENCE, S 010 49' 39'' W, with the said proposed west line of North Main
Street, a distance of 125.00 feet, to a point for corner;
THENCE, N 880 10' 21" W, a distance of 220.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE, N 010 49, 39" E, a distance of 124.71 feet to a point for corner in
the south line of said Mid -Cities Christian Church tract;
THENCE, S 880 14' 54" E, with the south line of said Mid -Cities Christian
Church tract, a distance of 220.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
CONTAINING, 27,468.13 square feet, or 0.631 acres of land; subject to
33-foot Sinclair pipeline easement.
