RESOLUTION NO. 248
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL. CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

be changed to "R-5" Multiple -Family High Density, DwelIing District
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
JAMES MATSON SURVEY, A-1080, City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and
further described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a steel rod in the North R. 0, W, line of Pipeline Road,
said point being the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed.to
Crumley, Lunt & Dobkins as recorded in Volume 3326, Page 203, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North with fence line and West line of said Crumley, Lunt &
Dobkins tract a distance of 251.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING OF
HEREIN DESCRIBED TRACT:
THENCE North 814.93 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 88 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 449.66
feet to a point for corner in the West R.O.W. line of West Parkway;
THENCE with the said West R.O.W. line of West Parkway the following calls
and distance:
SOUTHERLY with said curve to the left, having a radius of 709.04
feet a distance of 241.93 feet to a point, the end of said curve;
SOUTH 10 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 409.43
feet to a point the beginning of a curve to the right;
SOUTHERLY with said curve to the right radius 1109.33 feet a
distance of 159.30 feet to a point, the end of said curve;
THENCE South 89 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 549.63
feet to the point of beginning and containing 9.0 acres of land, more or
less.
