CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: M THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be ___'_approved by the City Council. 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. ADOPTED this 18th day of October _, 19 77 , ATTEST: CITY PLANNYNG A D/ZONING COMMISSION C h a i-rm a n E X H I B I T "A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned "R-1" Single Family Residential be changed to "R-5" Multiple -Family High Density Dwelling District Being a part of Tract 4 and all of Tract 5, Ray Shelton Subdivision, an addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, According to the plat recorded in Volume 1792, Page 93, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the North line of East Harwood Road, said point being the Southwest corner of said Tract 4; THENCE North, along the West line of said Tract 4, 620.4 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE East, 330.0 feet to an iron pin for corner in the East line of said Tract 4 and in the West line of said Tract 5; THENCE North, along the common line of said Tracts 4 and 5, 691.6 feet to an iron pin for corner, said point being the Northeast corner of said Tract 4 and the Northwest corner of said Tract 5; THENCE East, along the North line of said Tract 5, 330.0 feet to an iron pin for corner, said pin being the Northeast corner of said Tract 5; THENCE South, along the East line of said,Tract 5, 1312.0 feet to an iron pin for corner in the North line of East Harwood Road, said point being the Southeast corner of said Tract 5; THENCE West, along the North line of said East Harwood Road and along the South line of said Tracts 5 and 4, 660.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 14.64 acres of land.
