RESOLUTION NO. 250
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS;
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission..

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Residential
be changed to _ "C-2" Community Business District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the T. A. Cash
Survey, Abstract 280, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Tract 4; H. E. B.
Medical Center, to the City of Bedford, Tarrant County, Texas according to
plat recorded on Page 6 of Volume 388-56 in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE N 000 10' W along the East line of said H. E. B. Medical Center a
distance of 1610.18 feet;
THENCE N 890 16' E a distance of 122.56 feet to the Southwest corner of
Westpark Central Addition, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas
according to plat recorded on Page 48 of Volume 388-88 in the Tarrant County
Deed Records;
THENCE S 890 14' E along the South line of said Westpark Central Addition
a distance of 651.57 feet;
THENCE S 890 38' E along the South line of said Westpark Central Addition
a distance of 50.08 feet;
THENCE S 000 43' E a distance of 322.85 feet to the beginning of a curve
having a radius of 2351.95 feet;
THENCE along said curve a distance of 1348.27 feet;
THENCE N 890 57' W a distance of 463.73 feet to the place of beginning,
containing 27.14 acres of land more or less.
