RESOLUTION NO. 251
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "PD" Planned Development
be changed to "C-2" Community Business District
The following described tractor parcel of land being a portion
of Tract A-R, WILSHIRE-SQUARE ADDITION, to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas according to the revised plat recorded
on Page 452 of Volume 388-58 in the Tarrant County Deed Records
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the East line of said Tract A-R and being
N 10 19' 10'' W a distance of 432.31 feet from a bolt at the
Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, BELL RANCH TERRACE ADDITION,
to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat
recorded on Page 52 of.Volume 388=S in the Tarrant County Deed
Records;
THENCE N 10 19' 10'' W a distance of 425.59 feet to a bolt in
the South right-of-way line of Spur 350.;;
THENCE S 890 39' W along the South right-of-way line of said
Spur 350 a distance of 410.0 feet to the intersection of the
South right-of-way line of said Spur 350 with the East line
of Wilshire Drive;
THENCE S 10 221. 45" E along the East line of said Wilshire
Drive and along the West line of said Tract A-R a distance of
425.0 feet;
THENCE N 890 44' E a distance of 409.57 feet to place of
beginning, containing 4.0 acres or 174,250 square feet of land
more or less.
