HomeMy WebLinkAbout254 1978-06-06CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 254 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: 1. THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. E X H I B I T ''A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned "PD" Planned Development be changed to "C-1'' Neighborhood Business District ALL that certain tract or parcel of land being part of Tract 4-A, Block 3, Wilshire Village, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Tract 4-A, Block 3, the inter- section of the South right of way line of State Spur 350 and the West right of way line of Wilshire Drive; THENCE South 0 degrees 32 minutes East with said West right of way line of Wilshire Drive, 221.74 feet to a point; THENCE South 89 degrees 13 minutes West 142.41 feet to a point in the West line of said Tract 4-A, Block 3; THENCE North 0 degrees 17 minutes West with said West line 224.3 feet to a point in said South right of way line of State Spur 350; THENCE North 89 degrees 39 minutes East with said South right of way line of State Spur 350, 138.09 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.7 acres of land, more or less.
