RESOLUTION NO. 260
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS;
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called ''changes'') to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit ''A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C-1" Neighborhood Business District
be changed to "PD" Planned Development
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion
of Tract 27, Block C, SOMERSET PLACE, First Installment, to the
City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 56 of Volume 388-44 in the Tarrant County Deed Records
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Tract 27, Block C,
Somerset Place;
THENCE N 00 12' 23'' E along the West line of Salem Drive a
distance of 140.0 feet;
THENCE N 450 12' 23" E a distance of 42.43 feet to the South-
west corner of Lot 26, Block C, of said Somerset Place;
THENCE N 00 12' 23'' E a distance of 129.9 feet to the North-
west corner of said Lot 26, Block C;
THENCE N 890 47' 37'' W a distance of 187.26 feet;
THENCE S 00 15' W a distance of 115.72 feet;
THENCE S 880 32' W a distance of 192.0 feet to the East line
of North Main Street;
THENCE S 00 15' W along the East line of said North Main
Street a distance of 179.0 feet;
THENCE s 890 54' E along the North line of Lot 3, Block 3,
Euless Gardens Addition a distance of 229.4 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 3, Block 3, Euless Gardens
Addition;
THENCE S 890 47' 37'' E a distance of 120.0 feet to place of
beginning, containing 1.98 acres of land more or less.
