RESOLUTION NO. .264
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES. IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed .amandments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Residential
be changed to "L-I" Limited Industrial
Tract 4E
Field Notes of a 4.865 acre tract of land out of the Levi Franklin
Survey, A-513, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes
and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING 265.5 varas North and 91.4 feet East of the Southwest
corner of said Franklin Survey, said point also being in the East
R.O.W. line of Farm to Market Road #157;
THENCE North 04 degrees 12 minutes West along said East R.O.W.
line of Farm to Market Road #157 a distance of 188.8 feet to a
steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 35 minutes East with a fence line a distance
of 1130.1 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South with fence line a distance of 188.8 feet to a steel
rod for corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes West with fence line a distance of
1115.0 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 4.865 acres
of land, more or less.

BEGINNING at a 2" iron post in the North line of a tract of land deeded
to John Grebs et ux as shown in Volume 2936 Page 147 Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, 6.5 ft. N. 890 21' E. from the N.W. corner of
said tract. Said point also being 1114.7 ft. North and 50.0 ft. East
and 6.5 ft. N. 890 21' E. from the S.W. corner of the Levi Franklin
Survey Abst. 513 in Tarrant County, Texas. Said post also being the
N.E. corner of a tract of land deeded to the State of Texas as shown in
Vol. 2996 Pg. 600 D.R.T.C.T.
THENCE N. 890 21' E. with the North line of said Grebs tract and the
South line of a tract of land as shown in Vol. 3962 Page 220 D.R.T.C.T.
and along and with fence line 1141.8 ft. an iron pin the N.E. corner
of said Greb tract and the S.E. corner of said tract in Vol. 3962 Page 220.
THENCE S. 00 24' E. with fence line 188.47 ft. an iron pin the S.E. cor-
ner of said Grebs tract.
THENCE S. 890 20' 20" W. along and with the north and south lines of
said tract and fence line 1127.87 ft. an iron pin the S.E. corner of
said tract of land deeded to the State of Texas as shown in Vol. 2996
Page 600 D.R.T.C.T.
THENCE N. 40 37' 27" W. with the East line of said State of Texas tract
189.14 ft. to the place of beginning.
