RESOLUTION NO. 265
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes') to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A':' attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHI BIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
note zoned "C-2" Community Business District
be changed to "SP" Specific Use Permit
The following described tract or parcel of land being Tract 8
and a portion of Tract 7, Harwood Plaza, to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 90
of Volume 388-53 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Tract 8 and being
in the East line of F.M. 157;
THENCE North along the East line of said F.M. Highway No. 157
a distance of 150.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said
Tract 8;
THENCE S 870 57' 35'' E a distance of 490.05 feet to the East
line of said Tract 7;
THENCE S 00 35' E along the East line of said Tract 7 a
distance of 150.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Tract 7;
THENCE N 870 58' W a distance of 491.58 feet to place of
beginning, containing 1.69 acres or 73,561 square feet of land
more or less.
