HomeMy WebLinkAbout269 1979-04-17CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 269 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amandments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved by the City Council. 2, THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. CITY PLANNING N ZONING COMMISSION BY: ATTEST: Chairman S cre ry EXHI BIT ''A" THAT the zoning classification of the following described property, now zoned ''R-5" Multi -Family: Limit of Twenty -Four Units Per Acre be changed to "PD'' Planned Development A tract of land being the south 4.7 acres out of Tract 4, Ray Shelton Subdivision, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat recorded in Book 1792, Page 93, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Tract 4, Ray Shelton Subdivision, said beginning point being in the North R.O.W. line of County Road No. 3011; THENCE East along the South line of said Tract 4 and the North R.O.W. line of County Road No. 3011 a distance of 330.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said tract; THENCE North along the.East line of said Tract 4 a distance of 620.4 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE West 330.0 feet to a point in the West line of said Tract 4; THENCE South along the West line of said Tract 4 a distance of 620.4 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 4.7 acres of land, more or less.
