A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE LIBRARY SYSTEMS'
DESIGNATION OF EULESS PUBLIC LIBRARY AS A COMMUNITY
LIBRARY; AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE STATE
LIBRARY SYSTEMS AND APPOINTMENT OF A REPRESENTATIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
That the State Library Systems, authorized by House Bill 260, 1969,
61st Legislature of the State of Texas, recently designated Euless
Public Library a Community Library, as a Member of the Fort Worth
System;
That the City of Euless hereby accepts the designation of Euless
Public Library, a Size III Library, as a Community Library and authorizes
participation in the system, and
That, at such time as notice is given by Fort Worth Public Library,
the official Major Resource Center, a lay representative will be appoint-
ed to act on behalf of Euless Public Library.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 30th day of Decemher , 19 71 .
