WHEREAS, Texas Wesleyan College has requested permission to gather
certain data within the City of Euless as part of a study in the Cities of
Hurst, Euless and Bedford for the training for students toward the objectives
of research, teaching and service; and
WHEREAS, the objective data obtained will be made available to the
City of Euless; and
WHEREAS, this body desires to have such potentially valuable in-
formation in order to better serve the needs and desires of the residents
of the City of Euless;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS:
Texas Wesleyan College is hereby given permission and is hereby
requested to conduct a community survey in order to identify local needs,
to gather data as necessary and to study and publish a report as part of the
College's training activities.
2.
No compensation shall be paid to or by the City of Euless, nor is
liability assumed by the City of Euless for any damages or injuries arising
out of the study activities.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of January , 1972, by a
vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas.
