A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified In
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of psis
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011,1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Stat4tes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of April 19 772 9
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the CItV
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of
May
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C -2" Community Business District
The following described tract or parcel of,land situated in the A.J. Huitt Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Tract A, Block 1, Oak Crest Estates
Addition, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 29 of Volume 388 -14 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more

THENCE Northwesterly along the East line of said Dickey Drive and along
a circular curve to the left having a radius of 290.5 feet a distance
of 111.76 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the right having
a radius of 412.9 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve and along the East line of said
Dickey Drive a distance of 212.03 feet to the intersection of the East
line of said Dickey Drive with the South line of a service road of State
Highway No. 183;
THENCE S 89° 09' E along the South line of said service road of said
