A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER SUPPORT OF A FEDERAL GRANT
APPLICATION FOR DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION
OF A MID - CITIES SOLID WASTE PROCESSING PLANT UTILIZ-
ING RECYCLE
WHEREAS, the Four C Corporation and the Four C Team have formed to
bring together the technological, business, and governmental expertise
required to engage in the business of solid waste management with recycle
as a preferred solution for solid waste disposal problems; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless has been asked to consider participation
in the development and support of a grant application to the Solid Waste
Office of the Environmental Protection Agency under the Solid Waste Act
of 1970, Resource Recovery Demonstration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposal for the Mid -
Cities Solid Waste Recycle Plant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULLSS, TEXAS:
That the City of Euless hereby agrees to consider supporting an
application by the Mid- Cities for a Federal grant for design, construc-
tion, and operation of a Mid - Cities Solid Waste Processing Plant utilizing
Recycle; and
2.
That any action binding upon the City of Euless as a result of ::his
resolution shall be by ordinance.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of April , 1972, by a vote of
5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas.
