A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES Bg ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULE$S, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the dale, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Artigle
1011a to 101171, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil $tat4tes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9th day of May 19 72
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas,

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 13th day of
June , 19 72 ,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "PD" for Cluster Apartments and "R -2" Two - Family Dwellings
be changed to "PD" Planned Development for Town Houses
Being a tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Euless, Tarran
County, Texas; and being part of the George Lenney Survey, Abstract 93 , and
also being Tract C of Lakewood Addition, an addition to the City of Eu ess
as recorded in the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas; and being mo,e
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner at the intersection of the westerly lirhe
of Lakewood Boulevard and the northerly line of Bocowood Drive;
THENCE due West along the northerly line of Bocowood Drive a distance of
621.60 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a westerly direction continuing along the northerly line of Boco-
wood Drive and along said curve to the left having a radius of 661.62 feet,
a central angle of 5° 50' 28 ", an arc length of 67.45 feet to the end Of
said curve to the left and the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a westerly, southwesterly and southerly direction along the
northerly and northwesterly line of Bocowood Drive and the northwesterly
and westerly line of Donley Drive and along said curve to the left having
a radius of 40.00 feet, a central angle of 91° 19' 32 ", an arc length df
63.76 feet to the end of said curve to the left;
THENCE South 7° 10' East along the westerly line of Donley Drive a distance
of 142.13 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a southerly and southwesterly direction along the westerly and
northwesterly line of Donley Drive and along said curve to the right having
a radius of 325.00 feet, a central angle of 50° 31', an arc length of
286.55 feet to the end of said curve to the right;
THENCE South 43° 21' West along the northwesterly line of Donley Drivea
distance of 5.68 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a southwesterly and southerly direction along the northweste iy

THENCE in a westerly direction continuing along the northerly line of Ash
Lane and along said curve to the right having a radius of 570.00 feet, a
central angle of 8° 08' 10 ", an arc length of 80.94 feet to a point for
corner in the centerline of a creek;
THENCE in a northerly direction along the meanders of said creek the
following calls:

NORTH 27° 20' 50" East a distance of 297.23 feet;
DUE NORTH a distance of 169.00 feet to a point for corner in
the northerly line of said Lakewood Addition;
THENCE due East along the northerly line of said addition a distance of
1035.94 feet to a point for corner in the westerly line of Lakewood
Boulevard;
THENCE due South along the westerly line of Lakewood Boulevard a distance
of 410.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 15.5155 acres.
