BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified In the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of thIs Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles 1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of August 0 72 by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the Cite Council of the City of Euless, Texas. ATTEST: City Secretary NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 26th day of September 19 72 at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.
