A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified In
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of thIs
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of August 0 72
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the Cite
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 26th day of September 19 72
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned
"R -1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to
"C -2" Community Business District

The South 150 plus or minus feet of the following tract:
Being a 1.3192 acre tract of land out of the A. J. Huitt Survey, A709,
Tarrant County,I Texas, and being further described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the South ROW line of State Highway #183;
said point also being 47 ft. South of the NE corner of an 80 acre tract of
A. A. Fuller;
THENCE South 0 degrees 24 minutes East, 118.8 feet to a steel rod; the
beginning of a curve to the right, radius of 621.0 feet;
THENCE Southerly, along said curve to the right, 189.31 feet to the end
of said curve; the beginning of a curve to the left, radius of 681.0
feet;
THENCE Southerly, along said curve to the left, 131.60 feet to a steel
rod;
THENCE North 87 degrees 52 minutes West, 97.2 feet to a 3/4" pipe for
corner;
THENCE North 435.6 feet to a steel rod in said South R.O.W. line of
State Highway #183;
THENCE South 88 degrees 04 minutes East, along said South R.O.W. line of
State Highway #183, a distance of 150.0 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 1.3192 acres of land, more or less, and being part of
Tract 1, as shown in deed to Ruth Millican, a widow, said deed being filed
in Volume 4193, Page 589, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
