HomeMy WebLinkAbout72-314 11-28-1972RESOLUTION NO, 314 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles 1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of November , 19__ 72 by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas. ATTEST: /#2(e).4,/ City Secretary NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 9th day of January 19 73 at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice. CROWLEY SURVEY ABST. NO. 312 Tarrant County, Texas; and being tracts 13 and 14 of the Ray Shelton Subdivision as recorded in vol. page of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; and being in the City of Euless, Texas; and said 19.489 Acre tract being more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at the Southeast corner . of said tract 13, a point in the West line of Fuller Wiser Road that is North, 1266.0 ft. from the point of intersection of the said West line of Fuller Wiser Road (50') with the North line of Harwood Road, (the Southeast corner of tract 8 of said subdivision); THENCE N 89° 25' 57" W, along a fence on the North lines of tracts 5, 6, 7, & 8 of said subdivision, 1291.52 ft. to the Southwest corner of said tract 13, an iron rod at a fence corner post; THENCE N 00° 54 21" E, along a fence on the East lines of tracts 11 & 12 of said subdivision, 660.0 ft. to the Northwest corner of said tract 14;. THENCE S 89° 25' 57" E, along the South line of tract 15 of said subdivision, 1281.08 ft. to the Northeast corner of said tract 14, a point in the West line of Fuller Wiser Road; THENCE SOUTH, along the West line of said road, 660.02 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 19.489 Acres of land.
