RESOLUTION NO. 271
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amandments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City. Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion.
of Lot, 1A and Lot 2, Block 3, EULESS INDUSTRIAL PARK, to the
City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows
BEGINNING at, the Northeast corner of said Lot 1A and being in the
West line of Pamela. Drive;
THENCE South along the West line of said Pamela Prive a distance
of 37.18 feet;
THENCE South 670 18' 20" West a distance of 307.4 feet to the West
line of said Lot 2;
THENCE North along the West, line of said.Block 3 a distance of
155.78 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1A;
THENCE East a distance of 283.6 feet to place of beginning,
containing 0.63 acre of land more or less.
